Every international aircraft acquisition begins with a clear brief — aircraft category, mission profile, budget, and timeline. The non-citizen trust agreement and related operating documents are drafted in advance of closing. These documents define the beneficial owner’s rights in full — operational control, maintenance authority, and the right to direct the sale or transfer of the aircraft at any time.
