The most trusted name

The most trusted name in aircraft sales.

Sixty years of integrity, relationships, and results

Dedicated seller representation across every cabin class — from piston to large-cabin business jet — with principal relationships spanning six continents.
Exclusive aircraft listings

Exclusive aircraft listings preserve price discipline.

Every aircraft we represent is handled as if it were our own — informed by current market data, guided by deliberate strategy, and executed by a dedicated team.

Selling a significant asset requires more than market exposure — it requires a disciplined price position grounded in current data, strategy, and representation that never loses sight of what the aircraft is worth. Every decision — how the aircraft is positioned, who it is shown to, and at what price — is made deliberately.

It is that standard, applied consistently across six decades and thousands of transactions, that has made OmniJet the most trusted name in private aviation. It defines yours.

Complete Deal Facilitation.

Complete Deal Facilitation.

The first call is with a principal. We assess the aircraft against current market data — VREF, recent comparable sales, days-on-market signals, and active competition — and recommend an asking price you can defend at the negotiating table.

Professional photography. Exclusive global marketing across all trade channels. Targeted outreach to known buyer pools, including off-market parties actively watching for your aircraft type.

We handle inquiries directly. Buyers go through a qualification call with the principal — not an inbox triage. Tire-kickers don’t reach you.

We carry the transaction from Letter of Intent through Aircraft Purchase Agreement, pre-purchase inspection, and final resolution — coordinating every document, every deadline, and every negotiation. When the inspection produces a discrepancy list, we represent your position against it with full advocacy.

Escrow release, registration transfer, export filings where applicable. The same broker who started the engagement is on the closing call.
Flat-rate commission.

Flat-rate commission. No surprises.

Commission structure that aligns with your transaction.

The fee — whether flat-rate or percentage-based — is agreed upon and set in the engagement letter before anything moves forward. No adjustments mid-transaction. No ambiguity at closing.

The structure is determined by the aircraft, the engagement, and what best serves your outcome. What never changes is the transparency — the fee is disclosed upfront, in writing, before OmniJet represents a single buyer on your behalf.
